How and when your piece gets to you.
Rates and delivery
Orders over $50.00 ship free within the United States. Orders below that carry a flat $8.00 shipping charge.
Pieces in stock ship within three business days of payment being received. Made-to-order sizes and custom commissions take longer; the product page or your quote gives the timing for that piece.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is dispatched. You can also look up your order at any time using your order number and email address on the Track Order page, or from your account.
Packaging
Every piece is wrapped in a gift box with a care card, inside a padded mailer. If the piece is a gift and you'd like a note included, say so in the order notes at checkout.
International orders
Orders currently ship within the United States only. If you are elsewhere, get in touch and we'll see what can be arranged.
